It is driven by an environmentally friendly diesel engine for movement and positioning, and an electric motor for rock drilling operations. The dual-power matching design enables rapid relocation of the machine and a low-emission, low-noise, environmentally friendly rock drilling environment. It is equipped with an efficient rock drilling machine, a heavy-duty, stable, and composite drilling arm excavation system. It features high-precision automatic parallel positioning and 360-degree rotation functions, allowing the drilling machine to be used for various purposes such as high-precision excavation of a 28m² working face or auxiliary anchor bolt operations.
Mobility Function:
It is driven by a high-pressure closed hydraulic system for traversing on tracks. It can achieve two-speed changes in forward and backward directions. When encountering overload and climbing slopes, the engine can remain running without shutting off. It can automatically adapt to reduced speed and increased output torque. The entire machine features an ultra-narrow track-type heavy-duty chassis with a width of 1.24 meters. The minimum turning radius is 2.4 meters, the climbing angle is 15 degrees, and the walking speed is 3.6 kilometers per hour. It is specially designed for narrow underground mines and tunnel excavation blasting holes and anchor bolt drilling.
System Control:
During rock drilling, the machine automatically starts drilling and automatically stops the impact after the operation is completed, with a 3-second delay for flushing the bottom hole before returning. It has the functions of automatically stopping the impact when there is no lubricating or flushing water for the rock drilling machine and drill bit protection. The advanced combined automatic anti-stuck bit system can automatically adjust the rotation pressure, pushing pressure and impact pressure according to the different rock layer structures to ensure that the rock drilling operation is continuously carried out under the optimal matching conditions.
Intelligent Technology:
The entire electrical system of the machine adopts CAN communication connection technology and a modular, area-based layout design, which simplifies the wiring and enhances reliability. The display in the driver's cabin centrally reflects all the data of the drilling vehicle and automatically alerts, stores, and displays the operating status of the drilling rig, making it convenient for single-person operation of the drilling rig and facilitating the query of maintenance and faults.

1. Propeller: Heavy-duty aluminum alloy propeller frame, featuring high bending and torsion resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and long service life. The surface of the propeller frame is coated with stainless steel, and polytetrafluoroethylene wear-resistant pads are used between moving parts to enhance service life.
2. Rock Drill: The ZY103 rock drill is equipped with a dual-buffer damping system, ensuring the optimal service life of the drill bit. The pressure oil film protection and lubrication at each interface reduce internal wear of the rock drill.
3. Safety ceiling: An adjustable safety ceiling designed to prevent falling objects from causing damage.
4. Large-capacity cable reel: The large-capacity cable reel enables the relocation of the equipment by 70 meters without the need to disassemble the cables.
5. Positioning legs: The two heavy-duty outward-extending and retractable hydraulic legs at the front are combined with the tracks to stabilize the aircraft. The positioning is convenient, stable and precise.
6. Control Panel: The system is highly integrated, with a unified layout design in the same area, making the operation more convenient.
