This product is a heavy-duty surface潜孔钻机 that integrates gas and liquid collection and automatic control, independently developed and manufactured by Zhejiang ZhiGao Machinery Co., Ltd. It is equipped with a cab and an automatic drill bit changing mechanism, a heavy-duty walking mechanism and chassis with leveling function. High Efficiency
Automatic bit changing, drill rods up to 6 meters in length, and powerful off-road performance reduce the auxiliary time of the drilling rig. The large-displacement high-pressure screw air compressor ensures thorough rock debris removal, which is conducive to a significant increase in drilling speed and reduces the consumption of drilling tools. The large-diameter drill rods require less compressed air for rock debris removal. The powerful thrust and rotation design not only meets the requirements of high-speed drilling but also solves the problem of stuck drill bits in complex rock strata. Single-person operation reduces labor costs, and large-diameter drilling reduces the number of required drill holes. All these features also reduce the number of equipment units needed in mines.
Energy Saving
A single engine simultaneously drives the screw air compressor and the hydraulic system, and the power output is designed to be off-peak. Compared with the total power of the diesel engines of the split-type drilling rig, it decreases by approximately 30%, and the maintenance cost drops by 50%. The reduction in total power consumption, the increase in rock drilling speed, the shortening of auxiliary time, and the decrease in the number of drill holes have significantly lowered the unit energy consumption.
Environmental Protection
