Efficient

The automatic钎 replacement and the longest 6-meter drill pipe， along with the powerful off-road performance， have shortened the auxiliary time for the drilling machine. The large-displacement high-pressure screw-type air compressor ensures thorough slag removal， which is more conducive to a significant increase in drilling speed and reduces the consumption of drill tools. The large-diameter drill pipe reduces the compressed air required for slag removal. The powerful propulsion and rotation designs， while meeting the requirements for high-speed drilling， solve the problem of stuck drill bits in complex rock formations. The single-person operation reduces labor costs， and the large-diameter drilling enables a reduction in the number of required drill holes. These features also result in a decrease in the number of equipment required for the mine.

Energy Saving

A single engine drives both the screw-type air compressor and the hydraulic system simultaneously, and the power output is designed for peak shaving. Compared to the total power of the separate drilling rig diesel engine, it decreases by approximately 30%, and the maintenance cost drops by 50%. The reduction in total power consumption, the increase in drilling speed, the shortening of auxiliary time, and the decrease in the number of drill holes result in a significant reduction in unit energy consumption.

Environmental Protection

The standard dual-stage dry dust collection device and the optional wet dust collection device not only meet the environmental protection requirements of the mine and the operators, but also significantly reduce the pollution of dust to the equipment itself.
