1. Overview
    In recent years, the phenomenon of smog has become increasingly severe and frequent, with its impact area expanding. This has drawn widespread attention from society and received high priority from relevant departments. Smog poses significant threats to public health, work and life, and public demands for smog control have been growing. With the rapid development of industries such as construction, coal, mining, steel plants, raw material sites, and ports, a large amount of dust pollution is generated during various operations such as construction, mining, transportation, and storage. Dust pollution is one of the sources of smog. Therefore, our company's dust removal fog cannons can effectively control dust pollution, improve working environments, prevent industrial accidents, and play an important role in promoting safe production, ensuring the health of workers, and maintaining environmental hygiene.
(1) Main Characteristics
    Long range, wide coverage, high efficiency, and capable of achieving precise spraying.     2. The ejected droplets are extremely fine. When they come into contact with the dust, they form a damp fog-like substance, which can quickly suppress the dust.     3. The power supply is flexible. It can be powered by three-phase 380V mains electricity, or it can be supplied by a diesel generator set.     4. It can be fixedly installed on a concrete pouring platform, or it can be installed on a transport vehicle together with a diesel generator.     5. The operation is flexible. It can be controlled either remotely or manually, and the horizontal rotation and spray angle can be adjusted at will. It is safe and reliable to use.     6. Compared with other dust suppression spraying equipment (spraying guns, water tanker trucks), this equipment can save 70% - 80% of water usage, and the water mist coverage area is much larger than that of other dust suppression spraying devices.     7. The range can be selected from 20 meters to 150 meters, and can be customized according to the actual requirements of the customers.
(2) Environmental conditions for the use of the distribution box:     1. Ambient temperature: Upper limit +40℃, lower limit -10℃, and the average temperature measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35℃.     2. Altitude: The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.     3. Relative humidity: Daily average does not exceed 95%, monthly average does not exceed 90%     4. Verticality: The inclination of the equipment when installed relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5 degrees.
    5. Surrounding environment: No areas with risks of fire, explosion, severe pollution, chemical corrosion or intense vibration.     6. When beyond normal usage conditions, it can be resolved through negotiation with the manufacturer.

III. Important Notes:
    1. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble electrical appliances, collide with the water spray nozzle, keep the water level no lower than the height of the water pump, and do not attempt to disassemble by yourself.
    2. When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, it is necessary to take measures to prevent the cooling water system from freezing, to avoid cracking of the machine body.
