      At the beginning of 2018, in order to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, respond to environmental requirements, and eliminate old mining equipment, the company decided to purchase Zhigao integrated down the hole drilling rig.

        There is a small interlude among them. At that time, Lubi Building Materials had been using an integrated top hammer drilling vehicle from a domestic joint venture for a month and a half, but the effect was not satisfactory. So the company proactively contacted the Zhigao Laiwu distributor, hoping to try out the Zhigao integrated drilling rig. After conducting on-site inspections of the mine by dealers and professional technicians from Zhigao, they recommended the Zhigao one-piece down the hole drilling rig ZGYX-453 based on the complex rock structure and numerous cracks at the construction site.

      The machine was put into operation in February 2018. During the trial period, Lubi Building Materials was very satisfied with the machine. Firstly, the work efficiency was three times that of the original equipment; Secondly, the machine is operated by a single person, and the personnel cost is only a quarter of the original cost; Thirdly, it has good safety and fully meets the requirements. After the trial period ended, it was immediately decided to purchase two additional ZGYX-453 units and eliminate the existing equipment.

      In March 2019, Zhigao Company upgraded the model and named it ZGYX-453A. After comparing it, Lubi Building Materials did not hesitate to purchase two 453A integrated automatic drilling rigs.

      At present, the five integrated down the hole drilling machines developed by Zhigao are busy day and night at the construction site of Lubi Building Materials, contributing their own strength to the development of the enterprise.

 

      A cement plant in Meishan, Sichuan Province, used to use six electric down the hole drills and six distribution fixed 8bar air compressors, with a daily production capacity of about 10000 tons and requiring 12 operators. Due to the sudden increase in stone demand in 2018 and the increasingly strict national environmental protection policies for mines, based on the actual situation of our customers, our distributor recommended the Zhigao one-piece down the hole drilling rig ZGYX-453. After careful comparison and investigation, we purchased one in December 2018. After the machine enters the site, with a production capacity of 10000 tons, only one 453A machine and one operator are needed to complete the task. The labor cost alone can save about 700000 yuan per year.    

      The customer who tasted the sweetness purchased two additional ZGYX-453 units in 2019. At present, three machines are in normal use, bringing huge economic benefits to customers.  

      Customers are not only impressed by the high cost-effectiveness of Zhigao drilling rigs, but also by the company's comprehensive after-sales service. Due to the lack of experience in using integrated drilling rigs, Zhigao Company provided systematic training to customers from the day of machine delivery until the operators were fully proficient in operation. At the same time, Zhigao's local distributors would regularly visit the site and promise to arrive 24 hours in emergency situations to troubleshoot and ensure normal production for users.
