The operation process of the drilling machine is highly meticulous. A good drilling machine operator should understand the drilling machine they are controlling and ensure that the functions of the machine are in harmony with their operational skills.

Drilling machine operation can be divided into three parts: auxiliary operation, main operation and inspection. Today, I will first talk about the auxiliary operation!
1. Auxiliary Conditions:
Historical Stories https://www.lishila.com/
Drilling rig transportation, assembly and disassembly, as well as machine positioning, all fall under secondary operations. Only by properly preparing for secondary operations can the normal production of the main operation be ensured, the drilling speed be increased, and potential risks be prevented.
Transportation
1. Positioning:
Before loading the trailer, first determine the overall width of the drilling rig after its tracks contract. Then, determine the width of the trailer and the position of the ladder. From this, you can know the position where the drilling rig tracks should correspond to the ladder.
2. Cart:
The trailer should be parked in a spacious area or a straight road to provide a space for the drilling rig to move and position itself. This also prevents the need for steering when getting on the trailer. The parking position of the trailer should be flat on both sides to avoid the trailer's tilt causing the drilling rig to slide towards the lower side when moving on the trailer.
3. Climbing the ladder:
Understand the length of the ladder. The longer the ladder is, the gentler the slope will be. If the ladder is too short, you can make up for it by choosing a better terrain, or you can place a wooden block under the front end of the ladder to reduce the slope of the ladder.
4. Operation
After aligning the tracks and the ladder to the correct position, during operation, just focusing on the position of one set of tracks is sufficient to ensure the overall vehicle position. When loading onto the cart, use a low-flow operation method and keep driving continuously. By raising the boom, the rear of the machine can be moved forward, which can prevent the tracks from slipping. Continuously monitor the driving conditions of the left and right tracks. When reaching the balance point, reduce the flow rate and drive at a low speed continuously, allowing the drilling machine to slowly pass over the balance point and smoothly land on the cart.
