The working wind pressure of the D440 drilling rig reaches 20 bar, the drill pipe length is 3.5 meters, and there are two diameters of drill pipes available for selection, which can be used for bottom foot holes. The D440 drilling rig has excellent traveling performance, allowing for quick and safe transfer within the working area. This is due to the balanced weight distribution, low center of gravity, appropriate chassis ground clearance, and the +/− characteristic of the heavy-duty crawler frame. 10° With its swinging angle, it has excellent off-road capabilities. It can also perform vertical or various angle drilling tasks on inclined slopes very well.
More Convenient Maintenance
Like other drilling machines of Zhigao, the D440 was designed with the consideration of ease of maintenance. The maintenance space inside the machine compartment is spacious, and all maintenance points are within easy reach. Marking rings are provided at both ends of the oil pipes and cables, making maintenance even more convenient.
The steeper the slope, the better the economic performance.
By using ZEGAD440 for deep-hole pre-splitting drilling, the steps can be made taller and narrower. This results in a steeper slope, reducing the amount of waste rock excavation. The benefits are a lower depletion rate, meaning higher production and better overall economic performance of the mine.
