The T635 drilling rig is a top-hammer type drilling machine designed for open-pit engineering applications. Its core technology incorporates the proven Zhigao Excavation High-Frequency Hydraulic Rock Drill technology and a simple yet practical control system, as well as a lightweight folding drill arm and a floating chassis. These features give the drilling rig the advantages of flexible transportation, flexible positioning, wide coverage, high-frequency drilling, and high efficiency. The perfect combination of the Cummins electronically fuel-injected engine and the Zhigao drilling control system results in an油耗 (fuel consumption) of less than 0.5 liters per meter drilled for this machine！
Product Feature: 1. Propulsion System
The propulsion system is composed of hydraulic brake motors, chains, sprockets, and follower tubes, enabling both fast and slow advancement and elevation. The rubber hose automatically follows and tightens.
2. Integrator
The secondary dry strong dust collection system ensures dust-free drilling.
3. Dust Collector
The activity dust collection hood and the pre-separation bucket form the first-level dust filtration.
4. Automatic Lubrication and Filling System
Electronic pulse lubrication and injection, resulting in longer service life and easier operation of the welding tools.
