(2) The screw air compressor actively stops during work. There are two main reasons for the active trip and shutdown of the machine in the work: 1. It is the power supply network element. Because the machine itself has undervoltage protector, wrong phase protector, high voltage protector and other safety protection devices. When the grid voltage is lower than the additional voltage (380V) by about 90%, or the power supply phase sequence is incorrect and the three-phase power supply is out of phase, it will actively trip and stop. 2. The exhaust temperature is too high. It may be that the lubricating oil is missing, the cooler is blocked, or the temperature control valve is faulty and cannot operate normally.
(3) The temperature is too high. The screw air compressor sets the maximum exhaust temperature to 120 degrees Celsius. When it reaches 110 degrees, the temperature warning light starts to flash the alarm, and when it exceeds 120 degrees, it will actively stop. There are generally several reasons for downtime due to excessive temperature:
1. The environment ventilation and heat dissipation condition is poor. There are three main conditions for heat dissipation in the surrounding environment of screw air compressors: first, it is too close to wall obstacles; Second, there are other heat sources near the screw air compressor, and third, the front door and side door of the screw air compressor are open during work, and the electric fan cannot constitute a strong airflow.
2. The electric fan blade of the screw air compressor is cracked or loose. When the wind blade cracks, the air compressor works for 5min and will actively stop due to the high temperature, and it will announce an abnormal sound, the wind blade breaks the cooling air volume is reduced and then affects the heat dissipation, at this moment, the fan blade should be replaced or adjusted.
3. The screw air compressor oil filter is too dirty. When it is too dirty, the resistance oil cannot enter the air compressor at normal flow, and the air compressor heats up quickly due to the lack of cooling oil. When the inlet and outlet oil pressure difference exceeds 0.18MPa, the filter element needs to be replaced.
4. The cooling oil level is too low. When the cold engine is viewed, the oil level should be immediately compensated when it is lower than the lower end of the inspection tube. During the working process, it should be compensated for below the center orientation of the oil standard.
5. The number of cooling oil is low or the oil quality is poor. The screw air compressor adopts the manufacturer's special air compressor oil, and when using other low-grade or residual oil, the viscosity and specific heat will not reach the specification, and the temperature will be too high.
6. The radiator is blocked. When there is a lot of dust around the screw air compressor, long-term work will form a layer of dust or sludge adhered to the surface of the radiator, and the internal copper tube is simply blocked by the accumulation of oil scale, and then affect the heat dissipation effect. Air cooler, the outside is cleaned with a dust gun, if the blow is not clean, then remove it and use a high-pressure water gun to finish, and the inside is cleaned with a special potion. If it is a water cooler, then a water pump is used to circulate the liquid to clean it.
7. The oil shut-off valve of the screw air compressor fails. There is an oil shut-off valve between the oil filter and the air compressor, when the oil shut-off valve cannot be opened, due to no oil lubrication and cooling, the temperature of the screw air compressor rises rapidly after starting, and it will stop actively in about a few seconds.
8. The filter element of the oil and gas separator is too dirty. When it is too dirty, the oil affects the circulation due to excessive resistance, forming an overheating shutdown, and it should be sorted out or replaced.
