The MGL-135S type crawler-mounted high-lift anchor drilling rig is a high-efficiency drilling machine developed by Wuxi Banshan Construction Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. based on the needs of deep foundation pit reinforcement, rotary jet grouting, and water drainage in domestic subway projects, high-rise buildings, airports, ground source heat pumps, and other areas.
Main application:
1. It can be used for anchoring in various drilling methods such as drill pipe drilling, casing drilling, and combined drill pipe and casing drilling.
2. Jet grouting can be applied in single-layer, double-layer, and triple-layer jet grouting methods.
3. Foundation pit drainage.
4. Support construction for the pipe canopy.
5. Miniature Perforated Piles.
6. Construction and surveying of geothermal wells (water wells).
7. The maximum lifting height is 3.3 meters. It features a double-cylinder excavator-type boom. Regardless of the lifting state, it possesses excellent stability, allowing for simultaneous construction of two to three rows of holes, thereby saving time and enhancing efficiency. It can be operated in horizontal, vertical, inclined angle, and negative angle positions, meeting the needs of various construction processes. The torque and rotational speed can be reasonably allocated according to actual requirements. The travel frame has a stroke of 3.4 meters, enabling a 3-meter composite drilling of drill pipes and casing. It is equipped with a crawler chassis, a high-position rotating platform, large-diameter support cylinder, a 0.9-meter slide frame, and a hole opening support device, making the machine's relocation and positioning extremely convenient, and ensuring stable and reliable drilling during operation. It is also equipped with a clamping unloading device, reducing the labor intensity and improving efficiency when loading and unloading drill pipes and casing.
Common construction techniques:
1. Use a three-blade drill bit for drilling, with mud used for discharging the cuttings. This method is suitable for high-speed drilling in soil and other types of strata.
2. Air-assisted core drilling with air discharge. Suitable for rock formations and fractured layers.
3. The hydraulic hammer drill is used for drilling and discharging the mud slurry at the bottom of the hole. It is suitable for construction in layers with high water content such as fractured layers and sandy-egg layers.
4. Casing drilling.
5. Composite drilling of drill pipe and casing.
6. Single-stage, double-stage, triple-stage jet spraying, fixed spraying, swinging spraying, and other jet spraying and expanding head description techniques.
